Weekend In Review

On Friday, the Wolfpack looked shaky as they got shelled by the Bulldog offense in an 11-4 rout, falling behind 0-1 in the series. On Saturday, the Pack flipped the script as State’s bats came alive in a 10-6 win that evened the series. The Heels started off their series with an easy 9-4 win.

Today, UNC jumped on top early while it was just the opposite for the Wolfpack.

The College World Series starts Saturday in Omaha, Nebraska. UNC is no stranger to Omaha as the Tar Heels have finished as the CWS runner-up the past two seasons.
