The News and Record is reporting that GTCC has hired Treka McMillian to be the school’s first women’s basketball coach. Along with her duties as head coach, McMillian will also be the coordinator of student activities at the college.
McMillian, who played college ball for South Carolina, was the head coach at Minneapolis Technical and Community College for five seasons. At MTCC, McMillian guided the team to a National Championship in 2004.
