*****The word coming out of Greenville is that the Panthers never trailed(Dudley down by six at one time), but they had no problem putting Beddingfield away.(The talk at UNCG last night was that Dudley was down by 10 at one time in the first half, but that doesn’t seem to be the case, it was just a six-point deficit) We will try and get some of the leading scorers up here for you later on in the morning. Dudley Panthers will meet South Central on Saturday for the East Regional title at JH Roses High School.*****

Congratulations to the Dudley Lady Panthers. I guess we can not make predictions based on history. Now Dudley has to avenge last year’s lost to Winterville South Central and we are in the house at Raleigh.
