  1. 4th ranked Northwest Guilford( 16-3 overall) defeated Ledford 8 to 0 last night. NWG plays Grimsley tomorrow at 7 pm. This is their last conference game before the Metro 4 A conference playoffs. Go vikings

Nick Mcbride threw 4 innings of no hit/no walk ball and Bennett Hixson closed the 5th. Kyle Brandenburg led Ragsdale going 3-4 with a single, double, and triple. Mark can give you more details.

  4. RE:BB FAN…It sounds like to me that your excited about the win and you deserve to be but your only shot at the playoffs is to win the tournament…not going to happen…grimsley has clinched…see you next year

  5. Ragsdale— 10 12 1
    SE Guilford- 0 1 2

Nick McBride (8-0) struck out five in four innings of no hit, no walk ball. Gave way to Bennett Hixson who got two outs before SE broke up the no hitter with a single to right.

Kyle Brandenburg was 3-4, DB, 3B, 3 runs and 2 RBIs. Went for the cycle in the fifth but got under the pitch. Ben Fultz was 2-3, Sac Fly, 4 RBIs, run. Ryan Andrejco was 3-3, DB, RBI, run. Mike Whited 1-3, DB, 3 RBIs. Joe Bright 1-2, run. DeSean Anderson 1-3, DB, run. Nick McBride 1-3, DB, run.

Lots of scouts out again to see McBride pitch. He didn’t disappoint. Ragsdale is 20-2, 11-1. Next game will be next week in te semis of the conference tourney. Fantastic regular season for Ragsdale.
