Charlotte to have World’s biggest board: Video board bigger than the one at Cowboys’ Stadium

CONCORD, N.C. — Charlotte Motor Speedway plans to install the world’s largest HD video board in time for next year’s Coca-Cola 600.

The screen will be 200 feet wide, 80 feet tall and weigh more than 165,000 pounds. That size will make it larger than the $40 million screen at Cowboys Stadium in Texas, which is currently billed as the world’s largest.
