  1. Westchester goes from beating Asheville Christan by 7 to stomping Mt. Zion by 31. That my friends is why you don’t write anything about a team this early in the season. Everybody on here was bashing them by playing a home school and winning by 50 and they turn around and beat a talented Mt. Zion team (2-D1 recruits) by 30.

  2. Hey jonathan
Who were the 2 D1 recruits on Mount Zions team. They must have not been playing last night. I think Westchester is good but let’s see how they do against The Christ School

  3. Demone Harrison who plays with Deuce, Quincy and Ike on the AAU circuit and they have a 6’11 center that’s active at times that will play in college. I was just a spectator in the crowd watching last night and if they play like they did last night, the game on Friday will be a heavyweight fight for sure ( might tell us who is the #1 team in NC to start the year). Your thoughts?

  4. Demone is certianly athletic enough to play at the next level but he has to develop more skills at the gaurd position. The 6’11 player looked a bit lost at times but some college will take a chance on him because of his hieght.
As for westchester and the Christ school it should be a good one, it is certianly a game that WestchesTer can win, they need to rely more on Miller, he would be my first option

  5. Harrison just transferred to Mt. Zion from Page 2 weeks ago. just fyi for anyone who didn’t know.

  6. the kid that transfered from page to mount zion was the best thing he could have done. nobody wants to play with a me player , its all about me player , i am better than you player , . now he can go play with a bunch of other me players. coack kent is a great coach and if he would have came back with that attitude and i was the coach i would have cut him. he was a problem and now that problem is gone. i dont know why every one keep saying he is d-1 ? are you serious d-1 where ,you cant see this kid no where in the top d-1 teams in the country. not even hpu. he is maybe greensboro college or or a jr. college maybe d-2 but not d-1. the kid has a serious attitude problem and that want work when he is getting recruited. maybe he can get his act together and ajust his attitude then his talent might show. talking about your game doesnt get it done. good luck to coach kent at page i know he can breath now.
