Eastern Guilford’s Miranda Jenkins said before her senior season began, she had a good feeling about this year’s crop of Wildcats.
“This team had a good group of girls,” Jenkins said. “They just enjoy the game they just have fun with it. There was something in my gut, I was just never nervous before the season started.”
One big reason that the Wildcats entered the season with considerable promise, promise that they eventually cashed in on, was that they were in Jenkins’ capable hands.
