  1. I said it was LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG GONE!!! When I got Erin up this morning (she’s 10) I said Erin you know what happened the game last night? She said no what? I said, Christian Yellich hit a home run to win the game–she wasn’t even out of bed yet and she said “oh, so it was LONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNG GONE!” and I said yes it was. We had some fun reliving it this morning. I still have a smile on my face about it. Kyle told me he was coaching 1st and he was so excited about it too. Great to be on the field or in the stands, in the dugout or the bullpen or even listening in your family room 2,000 miles away. Very exciting.

  2. I say you and Erin are both right and great memories have been made at NewBridge Bank Park with the Greensboro Grasshoppers…..
