GREENSBORO, N.C. – General public tickets for the 2011 Dr Pepper ACC Football Championship Game are sold out, as announced Wednesday by Atlantic Coast Conference Commissioner John Swofford. The only tickets remaining are the 10,000 that will be made available to each participating institution once the Atlantic and Coastal Divisional Championships are clinched.

The 2011 Dr Pepper ACC Football Championship Game is set for Saturday, December 3, at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, NC. The game will kick off in primetime at 8:00 pm and will be televised by ESPN and ESPN 3-D.

“There’s a tremendous excitement surrounding the Dr Pepper ACC Football Championship and we’re pleased to announce that only the team allotments remain available for this year’s game,” said ACC Commissioner John Swofford. “We continue to be encouraged by the enthusiasm that ACC fans have for Charlotte as the host venue.”
