  1. Don’t get too excited Dale. HPCA must have shot 20% in the first quarter. It was not a pretty sight. Don’t expect that 1/24 when the Cougars come to visit.

  2. Neither team shot well for most of the game. You can attribut that to tough defense for the most part. HPCA turned in around by creating turnovers in the 3rd quarter. They are very deep and play extremely hard. I would expect their games against GDS to be very good high school basketball.

  3. HPCA didnt play awful, just couldnt make anything early. The Caldwell big guys protected the rim well for them and eben the easy ones wouldnt go down. hPCA opened it up early in the 3rd and the game was over until the stripes took over and kept it respectable. A win is a win and I am sure the Cougars will take it to go 15-0. Weird gym over there, seems like a tough lace to play. My first trip over there.

  4. The big kids for Caldwell did a good job of being physical down low and controlling the glass. 15 – 14 half time score. It was a very close game besides a small gap out in the 3rd. Great high school basketball atmosphere.
