Former Eastern Guilford boys basektball coach Dion Lansdale, is now the head men’s basketball coach at the Johnson and Wales culinary college, in Charlotte, N.C. He also owns a tattoo parlor on the side….Nothing like a side of tattoos and maybe some shrimp…..from the Charlotte Observer and Tom Sorenson:
Coach Dion Lansdale, 41, looks like a regular coach, albeit with a cooler (Dion) name. But beneath his suit are tattoos. Other coaches have tattoos. But how many have a tattoo parlor? Lansdale and his wife, Lola, own Von Lush Studio on West Morehead Street.
I don’t see North Carolina coach Roy Williams with a tattoo parlor. I don’t see Ol’ Roy with a tattoo.
“Tell him if he comes by, I’ll give him one free,” Lansdale says.
Free tattoos anyone???
