SEG(6-1/5-0 Metro)….Kara Shutt was 4-5/2 3B’s for SEG and Brianna Webb went 2-4, Shepard was 2-4 with 2 Doubles…Ashley Smith went 2-3 and Ashley Hawks was 2-3 for SEG….Sydney Olszewski 1-3 for WG….
Don’t know how they got this one in, but they did and the Southeast Guilford Falcons have taken over the Metro 4-A Girls softball top spot….Big win for the Falcons tonight and hopefully Danny can send us some details on this game and let us in how they got it done before the big storm…Those pitchers must have really kept it rolling for both teams……Southeast is your Top Team in the area and they plan on hanging on to the coveted #1 position….Good job WG, but SEG was a little more on their game tonight and again, how did they get it in before the storms took over…Wished I would have known they were still playing, was at SEG and the baseball game was halted and I could have made my way down to the softball fields….Good job SEG and congrats on this big win and the two will have to meet again for Game Two, at WG….
