If they both advance….They would end up meeting for the STATE TITLE….
3A – Wesleyan is a #2 Seed and they will play N. Raleigh Christian on Friday at
Home…..
High Point Christian Academy is the #3 Seed and they will play Charlotte Latin at home on Saturday at 1:00pm….
If Wesleyan and HPCA win first two rounds they will play in the semis in
Charlotte on the 18th at Charlotte Christian.
If Jared Gesell for HPCA is still unable to pitch during the playoffs it’s going to be tough for them to advance very far. That’s a shame, because HPCA has had a great year after a lot of people thought with the players they lost that this would be a down year. After Tyler Britton there is not another proven pitcher on the team to go up against top level competition. Hopefully Gesell can bounce back.
