Southwest Cowboys beat Northwest tonight 3-0. Matt Dale pitched a complete game striking out 5 and only giving up 2 hits. Defense played great. Great win for Cowboys!!

what a great ball game tonight. Tim Ambrose went the distance for Ragsdale in a great gutsy performance. I have no idea how many pitches he threw – it was a bunch but he was still throwing strong at the end.
And this was after giving up a 4-0 after one. Looked like it would be a long night but he bounced back and didn’t give up another run the rest of the night.
Ragsdale scored 3 in the fourth (Colin Lipke with a two RBI double) and tied it in the sixth.
In the eighth Duncan Sparks scored the winning run from second on a dropped throw on a tough play at first.
Huge win – now got the Cowboys coming to town Friday night
Big win for the Cowboys tonight against NW! Swim pitched his guts out with 10k’s. 2 big errors cost NW in the end. Matt Dale went distance for SW for his best outing of the year, striking out 5…I think. Patrick Coble made a run saving diving play up the middle to stop a NW run to end the inning.
Now Cowboys take on the Lady Tigers from Jamestown Friday night at Ragsdale!
Wow Mr Cowboy to call us Lady Tigers is impressive, lets see I believe the girls beat you at the ol ranch didn’t they, so to say you got beat by a bunch of girls is strong there buddy, or should I say Loud Mouth Red Neck, yeeeeeeep , yeeeep,yeeeeeep, See you at the Den Big Boy.
