National Collegiate Sevens Rugby Championships Greensboro-Bound this Fall

“Greensboro has treated USA Rugby well in the past and it was an easy choice to host the 2013 National Collegiate Sevens Championships there.”

BOULDER, Colo. – USA Rugby announced today Greensboro, N.C., will host the USA Rugby 2013 National Collegiate Sevens Championships this fall.

Schools from 17-plus Men’s DI, D2/Small College, and Women’s D1, DII, and NSCRO conferences will take in the hospitality of ‘Tournament Town’ from November 23-24, 2013.

“Not only does Greensboro have a storied history of hosting major sporting events, but the city hosted the D1A National Championship earlier this year,” USA Rugby Collegiate Director Rich Cortez said. “We are excited to be able to bring more schools to the region.”

•Heart of America
•Gateway
•Various D2/NSCRO teams to compete in the Open Division
