High Point Andrews had one of our student-athletes, Imani Watkins, officially signing today in their media center. Imani is a 3-time all-conference player, 2012 PAC 6 player of the year, and an A/B honor roll student. She signed her national letter of intent to attend Binghamton University, located in Binghamton, NY, on a full athletic basketball scholarship.
Imani is an outstanding young guard and she knows how to play the point and she, like Paris Kea, Miranda Jenkins and others are going to make you wonder what their first move is going to be….When they still have their dribble, you don’t know what they are going to do and it makes them very dangerous…..Will they put the ball on the floor, will they pass, will they try and take your off of the dribble, or will they take you to the hole….
That is what makes these young players so interesting…..
