Quite a few high school football scrimmages/jamborees coming up next week and follow them here(Dudley at Mallard Creek on Monday)

The Dudley Panthers were the 4-A Champs last season(2013) and the Mallard Creek Mavericks were the 4-AA Champs(2013) and the two will meet this coming Monday(August 11) in a full football scrimmage at Mallard Creek High School in Charlotte…The scrimmage is set to begin/commence at 9am….

Smith High Scrimmages:
Monday at Home vs. WS Parkland at 6 pm
Next Saturday(Ausust 16) at HP Andrews at 10 am

And so much the more, as we see next week approaching with Page at Eastern Alamance, Grimsley has a scrimmage set up with a number of teams coming to Jamieson Stadium, Dudley has their own scrimmage set with High Point Central and North Davidson among the teams coming over….There are many more too and the ‘Granddady of them all’, “The NewBridge Bank Jamboree” will held next Friday August 15 at Rockingham County High School, at West Davidson HS and at Mount Tabor HS in Winston-Salem…There will as always be three locations for the NewBridge Bank Jamborees, one of the state largest and longest-running high school football jamborees….Many across the state have told me in the past, that nothing can compare to the NewBridge Bank Jamboree on a multi-team jamboree level….

  3. High Point Christian at Southwest Guilford on Tuesday August 12th at 9:30.

New Bridge Bank Jamboree at Rockingham County on Friday.

  4. All sophomores skill players? So I take it our team is very young this year. Is this a rebuilding year for the eagles? Or do we have enough talent to make a run at Dudley this year?

What about our offense and defense scheme? Do you think you’ll see us grinding it out behind our big oline or more of a pass to set up the run? Just dont know much about our team since coach Brew left.
