  1. Sad that the state mandates ALL football officials wear long pants, starting October 17th, yet 2 middle school games had officials wearing long AND short pants, in the same game. No wonder they lose credibility when they can’t even get the dress code correct..

  2. SW – 28
    EF – 20

Southwest stops East Forsyth on 4th and goal from 4 with 15 secs left to win the game.

    SW 8-0 3-0
    NW 6-1 2-0
    EF 6-2 2-1
    HPC 4-3 0-2

Big game looming for SW and NW next week. Could be for the conference championship…

  3. Jamestown Middle defeated SW Middle last night 21-6 to capture the Big 5 Conference Championship. The game drew a big crowd at Ragsdale Stadium and they witnessed a hard fought physical football game. Jamestown is now 6-0 and goes for an undefeated season next Wednesday versus non-conference foe Welborn. The Tigers were led by Bryson Spruill who scored all 3 tds and now has 10 tds and over 700 yards rushing in only 6 games! Will Corey was 3 for 3 in extra points and is now 15 for 15 as an 8th grader! Eddie Dixon was Jamestown’s field general at QB and played a tremendous game! The Tigers offensive and defensive lines also dominated as it was a great team victory!

  4. I got a chance to see Aycock play yesterday. They look very unorganized. You would think with talents such as cody king chris zellus and kris coleman that they would put alot of points on the board.

  5. that kiser defense is very good all around. Big guys, little guys, guys that just want to get out there and BALL!

  6. Eastern Middle is not undefeated as Jamestown beat them 9-6 earlier in the season. I may be wrong but I believe I am proud to say that we, Jamestown Middle, are the only undefeated team in the county. I’m sure if I am wrong someone will say so.

  7. true EG has the one loss to Jamestown. still the Cats are undefeated in conference and are 5-1 overall with their final game against Northeast next week

  8. Has anyone seen Welborn play? If so how are they this year? Are they still running the same offense? Thanks
