I am happy for Mr. Pratt for he is an outstanding academic administrator and the gaining school district will receive one of Guilford County’s best. Dudley grew under his leadership and so did the staff and students. He knew Dudley and supported his staff with counseling and consequences. Mr. Pratt leads with passion, compassion, and compliance. Dudley shall miss him igniting them with “it’s Panther time!” Chant each morning, yet his academic and technological legacies will continue I’m sure. Congratulations, Mr. Pratt! I wish you well.
