Jeremy Jones to the N.C. A&T Sports Hall of Fame???

The North Carolina A&T Aggies are stuck at (9-36) on the baseball season and they sure were playing and winning with a better brand of baseball back in the day of outfielder Jeremy Jones and why not, just look at some of the numbers that Jones was putting up between 2004-2008 and many are saying these type numbers ought to be enough to get Jeremy Jones into the N.C. A&T Sports Hall of Fame….

  1. Great player and teammate. I consider myself lucky to have played with him at A&T. Easily one of the best if not the best hitter to ever represent the Aggies. He never faced a pitch he couldn’t handle. Great ambassador on and off the field. The program needs more Jeremy Jones type players to compete on the level they aspire to be at.

  2. Those years when Jones played were actually fun to watch A&T. They made a great run in 2005. Jones along with his buddy Charlie Gamble will both be in the hall at some point in time. I don’t know if Jeremy still coaches locally but I do hear the Gambles help out at Southeast. Those two guys pretty much received every award you could in that conference during their years. Eggers and Beatty were not and are still not to shabby themselves.
