Scholarships were sent out today from Southeast Guilford Junior Legion Baseball to four seniors.
The Farm Bureau High School Invitational awarded scholarships to:
A J Stiendel from Wesleyan Christian Academy attending Messiah College $1000.00
Tommy Michaels from Southeast Guilford attending N C State University $1000.00
Troy Lake from Page HS attending UNC-Charlotte $500.00
Kevin Bell from Northern Guilford attending High Point University $500.00
The Farm Bureau Invitational at the Grasshoppers’ complex has become a premier high school tournament. Plans are underway
for the 2016 tournament and coach Dave Beasley is hoping to line up a strong field of teams. Teams interested should contact
