Hendon Hooker(Dudley HS) First Team Selection on 2016 U.S. Army National Combine All-Combine Team

Good report for Hendon Hooker(Class of 2017), from Dudley High School, as Hooker hit the jackpot and landed himself a spot on the First Team, at last weekend’s National Combine at the U.S. Army All-American Bowl, in San Antonio, Texas….Hooker on the All-Combine Team, First Team as a quarterback and he did impress last weekend during his stay/stop-over in San Antonio, Texas….

The word on the young Dudley Panther QB Hendon Hooker below from www.247sports.com with CBS Sports and their talented staff….

Quarterback
First Team

Greensboro (N.C.) Dudley three-star quarterback Hendon Hooker was the top performer at quarterback. The ball absolutely pops out of 6-4, 190-pounder’s hand. A class of 2017 recruiter, Hooker spins the football really well and throws a pretty deep ball. He also showed advanced footwork. The area for improvement would be the intermediate throws. The ball sailed high on a few throws, but other than that, he was terrific on the day. Hooker holds early offers from N.C. State, West Virginia, Clemson, Syracuse and others.

  1. I’ve watched him at games and on his highlights. The Hooker kid just gets better and better. Happy to see our area kids get recognized. My boys tell me he puts in work, not only on the field, but the court too. We don’t see many successful 2 sport athletes anymore.
