Geoghegan is the Friday night starter at Charlotte….Zente from SW is having a SOLID year so far at HPU….up at the top in national leaders in SB and SBA’s…also hitting at a pretty good clip…..350ish….happy to see Orth having a good year….
I couldn’t help but notice there weren’t any listings for any private school players from our area?

I wonder how the Wilson kid is doing down at Clemson. I am drawing a complete blank on his first name. I know he started at Central and finished at Wesleyan. Good kid from a good family. I bet he’ll be a high draft pick if he has improved since he was in high school.
We had Butler on here earlier and we had him coming from High Point Central and he was there for a while and then he did go the private school route and finished up over at HPCA before going to UNC…Committed to UNC out of Central I do believe…
Weston Wilson is one the one name the other reader was looking for and will try and get some numbers on him from Clemson….

Evan Edwards was a beast vs GTCC this weekend, no doubt….however, our 1st baseman had quite a weekend himself-
Zach Michalski (Wesleyan)- in 4 games vs USC-Lancaster, he was 7-11 with 3 HR, 1 double, and 12 RBI…note that he was 4-5 with 10 RBI in game two of the 4 game series (2 grand slams)
Not to be outdone, Matt Orth (SWG) connected on 3 HR in game three of the series and finished the weekend 5-10 in 4 games with 5 RBI and 8 runs scored
Colin Lipke (Ragsdale) also had a nice weekend swinging the bat going 5-8 in 3 games and scoring 4 runs.
