  1. Yes, I was going by the 4 1/3 by Bunting early for EF, but they won the game late with the 5-4 finish and that would give the win to Mitchell…Sometimes you have to read between the lines with Game Changer…

    Thanks Drew…

  2. I’m relatively new to softball, but I got caught up in the Northwest Guilford and Glenn game an saw a good coaching move by Glenn. Overhearing a post game conversation; Glenn was intentionally stepping in front of pitches (out of the batters box) in order to get base runners – and as long as the umpires were allowing it; they continued to pile up the runners. A great way to test umpires and put the pressure on them to make a call – many umpires especially the less experienced ones will not make those calls. See that kind of official “bating” in football all the time. Nice move!

  3. Good coaching move, NOT, unfortunately new to softball doesn’t understand that a softball thrown from 43 feet approaching 60+ at times only jeopardizes the welfare of the player and could cause injury, but the blame is on the officiating service as that staff shouldn’t have been calling a game at that caliber. Great game, though!
