  1. The Greensboro Redwings have started the season with three wins and will be facing a lot of games with Winston Salem tonight and a doubleheader at Asheboro on Saturday. I think they play Sunday night and then on Monday at Finch Field. My Falcon kids that are playing are having fun. Dale Moser has done a great job scouting the various schools for talent and has put together a good group— I also like the name Greensboro Red Wings honoring the first and only all Negro Professional Baseball Team to play in Greensboro’s War Memorial Stadium. My Falcons have become big Red War Birds– Go Red Wings !! Charlie Pannell

  2. Red Wings now playing their home games at Eastern Guilford High School…And play a few at Dudley too, from the word we are getting…

Monday’s game is set for 11am at Finch Field in Thomasville…
