Dudley Panthers #1 in this week’s Associated Press Top 10 High School Football Poll and Panthers at #9 Richmond County this Friday night

The new AP High School Top Ten Football Poll is in/out from the Associated Press and it finds Greensboro’s Dudley Panthers(5-0), as the #1 team in the state in the AP’s 4-A Poll….Panthers are #1 and they will travel to face the #9 team in the poll, the Richmond County Raiders(4-1), this Friday night, with the game set to kick off at 7:30pm in Rockingham, North Carolina…

This week in the 4-A Poll you will find East Forsyth at #3 and Coach Todd Willert’s EF Eagles(5-0) will be at Page High School on Friday night to meet the Pirates(4-1), inside Marion Kirby Stadium….

In the 3-A Poll, from the Associated Press, you have Eastern Alamance at #5, Hillsborough Orange at #6 and the Western Alamance Warriors at #9…

For the 2-A’s, the Reidsville Rams check in at #4 this week….

  1. Remember we don’t go cracking on our coaches….If you have some advice to share go visit the schools and share or get in touch by phone….The message will get to them quicker and it will be more direct….


  2. If Dudley gets off to a slow start like they have in the past two games, its going to be a long night Friday. If they can keep Richmonds offense off the field with long drives on offense, they will win.

    Hillside and Richmond are very much a like on offense so Dudley will know they are facing another running QB and speedy RB. Richmonds special teams are suspect! That could be the opening for Dudley Friday.
