High School Basketball Tonight for some of our area teams:Both Public and Private in action

There are a few games scattered around the area tonight with mostly the private schools in action, but a few public schools will get rolling this evening..

Big matchup down in Charlotte with actually two big ones down there with:
Wesleyan Christian Academy at Providence Day…Major matchup with lots of DI’s on the court here and you have Greensboro Day School(2-0) at Charlotte Country Day….GDS quartet of Moorman, Perkins, Dillard and Newman Jr. going to hard to contain…
You also have the on the private school slate, Westchester Country Day School at the O’Neal School in Pinehurst…
Public Schools set to play…..Northern Guilford at Grimsley….Strong cast members for NG Elissa Cunane and could hit for 30/15 tonight and for Grimsley, Rebecca Little, who will have to have big hands to keep up with the Nighthawks….
Dudley at WS Parkland is set, but you might see the boys game on hold due to all of the Dudley football players that are still on the field…Tara Johnson will lead the Dudley Panther women into the new season and look for the Panthers to run, they always do..
Eastern Guilford at Western Guilford is on the docket and I have the feeling that the EG boys still have a lot of their young men on the field do extra duty and not ready to double-duty, with their football still being the big part of their daily routine….WG boys should have a big edge and the EG girls, not sure who is now running that team, but it may Coach Simpson…Coach Johnson still with WG we would think and Coach Thomas Griffis with Grimsley boys, Coach Bill Chambers back and hip healthy with the NG Nighthawks, Coach Furlough and Coach Gunn for the Lady Nighthawks and Lady Whirlies, Coach Harris for the WG Hornet men, with Joe Spinks, on the bench for EG men…Freddy Johnson and Keith Gatlin will take GDS and WES to Charlotte and here is the BIG Question….

Are you all ready for Basketball to Begin?????
