It is a shame that with all of the talent that we have in this area our top passer is 39th in passing yards in the state.
Northern Guilford’s Jakob Lenard has only played in 6 games. That is averaging almost 265 a game. That would put him close to top 5 in average per game.
NG, is he getting any looks from colleges yet? I saw some video of Northern before the start of the season and their passing game looked strong.
Apologies but not close enough to know about any recruiting. I know he went through summer as #2 behind Flippin that started and played well all last season as a sophomore. Both are really good and should battle out for next season. Good problem to have.

As far as any recruiting I don’t know. I do know Lenard was asked to move to QB as a soph last year after playing WR/FS his Freshman year led the JV in a new system and was backup to Flippen, so it is only his 2nd year at the position. NG has 2 good Jr. QBs and next year will be interesting to say the least next year.
