  1. Not sure that this years Reidsville team would beat any of the top four Guilford County Schools.

  2. That would sure be fun to see one of those games…

Page vs. Reidsville, Dudley vs. Reidsville, Eastern Guilford vs. Reidsville, or Southeast Guilford vs. Reidsville….

#8 Northwest Guilford(4-4) gave Reidsville a decent game a few weeks back and Reidsville is young, but Reidsville’s young talent is DI talent….

  3. Maybe Reidsville should start scheduling more Guilford County teams, it would for sure mean a strong gate, but we know they still have several Rockingham County teams that they want to continue to play, but if there might be an opening, bring on/in Guilford County…

As we say that, Dudley is always trying to add games, because they have had trouble keeping some teams on their schedule and Dudley has been trying to get Mallard Creek, Butler and teams like that on board, but what about a Dudley vs. Reidsville game????

Page even played George Washington Danville(Virginia) back in the late 90’s/early 2000’s and hey Reidsville is closer to home than GW Danville….

Get in here Reidsville, it is time to go All-Out/All-In vs. Guilford County…..

  4. As a former assistant at Reidsville, I know that many established 3A and 4A teams don’t want to play Reidsville. The average teams don’t want a fairly sure loss to a 2A team and the quality teams don’t want to risk the loss. Reidsville fans do travel well. I agree with honest eye, but they would give them a good game. Rams don’t back down to anyone. Next two years they will dominate 2A, starting 10 sophomores this year.

  5. How about those Whirlies, though? Getting better every week and starting to believe in themselves. Lost a tough opener to Northern, a game they should have won. They then dropped away games to Eastern, Southeast and East Forsyth. Those four losses to teams that are a combined 24-4.

  6. I am disappointed that our game with Asheboro is not in any newspapers in the area. What does it take to get our team covered?

  7. @ Glenn Goss

I text each head coach with a reminder each Friday to report information on his game to the News & Record if we don’t have a reporter to cover it. We get information from very few, sometimes only two or three on a Friday night. We may not be able to get the information into print because of our 10:30 p.m. deadline, but we will publish a summary from every game that is emailed to us on our website ( late Friday night/early Saturday morning.

I will be at Friday night’s game against Southeast Guilford, along with a photographer.
