The Greensboro College men’s basketball team returns to the hardwood after a nine-day break to take on St. Mary’s College of Maryland. Four of the Pride’s players have already eclipsed 100 points on the season. Keyford Langley hit 100 points at home during Greensboro’s last contest, while senior Carmoni Marks (130), Justin Minnis (129) and Michael Phifer (112) surpassed the 100 point mark.

The Greensboro College wrestling team recently dropped two duals in their home opener against Averett University (22-19) and McDaniel College (26-22). Against McDaniel, Conan Wilson tallied an 8-3 decision victory at 157-lbs. Over the final five bouts of the match, Greensboro tallied three wins but it was not enough to overcome the early deficit. Tyron Dudley recorded a major decision victory and Carlos Ortega recorded the Pride’s lone fall victory in the dual, while Brandon Williams capped it off with a 4-1 decision victory. Hai Siu got the scoring started for the Pride against Averett with a 19-5 major decision victory before Michael Jones followed that up with a 19-7 major decision victory of his own.
