Four high school football players from Guilford County, have been selected to the Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas football team…On the North Carolina team you have QB Alonza Barnett III from Grimsley HS, WR Terrell Timmons from Northern Guilford HS, WR Mehki Wall from Dudley HS, and DL Tamorye Thompson from Grimsley HS…
(Had left out Mehki Wall, from Dudley High School, earlier and we are sorry for that omission, but we found him and the other three Guilford County players are also on the Carolina Bowl team, and all of these teams and stats and numbers are becoming a chore to follow and keep up with, but time to keep on keeping on.)
Also from our area, you have kicker Andrew Conrad from East Forsyth HS, and linebacker Albert Redd, from Glenn HS…Conrad and Redd both from Kernersville…
