HIGH POINT, N.C. — The High Point University women’s lacrosse team fell to Liberty 11-10 on Saturday (Mar. 26) afternoon on the road in Lynchburg. Mena Loescher and Abby Hormes led HPU in scoring on the day with three each.

Coach Lyndsey Boswell: Another tough loss today and unfortunately it was due to our lack of execution in the first half. We have now finished our out-of-conference slate and learned so much early this season thanks to some challenging competition. We know where the holes are and we have been extremely inconsistent with playing at the level we are capable of. I am excited to start conference play on Wednesday and get back to work this week as we prepare for it.
