She talks about the challenges facing athletic departments, and also about the rewards of working with young people/high school students, as they grow into young adults, and as these young students learn and train to excel, on the fields and courts of high school athletics….Being a female athletic director can also be challenging, and Coach Lee tells me, what she expects to see….

Dudley HS baseball coach, Marcelle Millner…Coach Millner is a long-time follower of GreensboroSports.com, and his baseball background includes time spent over at Smith High School with Alan Ashkinazy and Derrick Johnson…He also knew Coach Johnson and worked with him up at Reidsville High School, he was an assistant coach for Landon Kimrey at Northern Guilford HS, and worked with Coach Nance, up at Morehead High School…Coach Millner is currently part of an Adult Baseball League, where he is one of his team’s top pitchers…Solid baseball background for Coach Millner…
