The Bishop McGuinness Villains hosted the Draughn Wildcats in the first round of the 1A NCHSAA state tournament. The Villains raced out to a 33 point first quarter and never looked back. Senior Jamison Graves paced Bishop with 25 points. Nicholas Graves added 12 points while Andrew Schrage contributed 11. The Villains will host the 2nd round of the state tournament on Thursday night.
