High Point-Thomasville NC— The High Point-Thomasville HiToms, in conjunction with Crescent Ford, High Point Enterprise, and the High Point Rotary Club, are proud to announce the fifth of six pairs of spring student athlete honorees.

This weeks female recipient of the recognition is Brea White. White, a junior on the Ledford track and field team, put on a more than stellar all-around performance last week.

At a home meet, she took first place in three different events; 400m, 100m hurdles, and the 4 x 200m relay. White also took 3rd in the high jump that afternoon.

Then, White took her show on the road to a meet at Asheboro where she was able to capture three more first place finishes in the 800m, triple jump, and once again the 4 x 200m relay. White then polished it off with a 2nd place finish in the pole vault.

White’s last feat was arguable the most impressive of all. She won the Raven Relays decathlon with a total score of 3825 after winning 8 of the 10 legs of the event.
