1)Last week against Ragsdale, the offense rode the arm of Fazion Brandon who threw for over 200 yards. This week it was the legs of Mitchel Summers who exploded for 47 yards on his first carry. Summers had electric runs and proved a difference maker.
2)Southwest Guilford ability to the run the ball last week was really slowed down by the Grimsley front four tonight. The Cowboys run game never found a footing as the Whirlies absolutely controlled the line of scrimmage.
3)Grimsley defense creates 4 turnovers and three stops on 4th down.
