I got the news earlier and you probably did too, that Dudley and Grimsley both won Tonight, and that the Panthers and Whirlies will play again next Friday in the NCHSAA West Regional Semifinals…

As far as Dudley goes, and I was there at The Tarp/Tarpley Stadium for this game, and as far as I can tell, I have never seen a high school quarterback throw for Eight(8) touchdowns before, but the Dudley Panthers’ QB Andrew/Drew Attmore II did just that on Friday night November 17, 2023….I saw TJ Logan, from Northern Guilford HS, run for 8 TDs in a game, a 3-AA State Championship Game at that, and that was back around 2012 vs. the Charlotte Catholic Cougars, at Wake Forest BB&T Field..
Tonight, Drew Attmore threw for Eight(8) touchdowns and the Dudley Panthers were able to fight back and knock off the JM Robinson Bulldogs in Round Three Playoff action…Dudley(13-0) at Boling Springs Crest(13-0) next Friday night, and the Grimsley Whirlies(13-0) will travel to face the Weddington Warriors(11-2)…Dudley and Grimsley both #4 Seeds, while Crest and Weddington both check at the top Seed in the Western Bracket, going to war as the #1 team…
