  6. Hey Andy all these people talking about stats instead of all around performance. No disrespect but what does importance mean to a team. Stats on both end, GPA, and leadership. We got this mixed up and people arguing over 1 thing and get mad why no offers. Let’s focus on what you mean to a team and everyone knows ok .Stop asking these questions why. 2 things Grades and off the field quit blaming coaches. Are y’all serious asking dumb question why he or she ain’t getting offers. Power 5 don’t miss stop with this we know better. Numbers don’t mean nothing ok . So what’s the problem . To be honest you get what’s your worth don’t blame anyone. Ask real questions why 2024 on have a few grades and off the field. But we listened to the whys. Grades and abilities and not schools “. They go to the same camps. I’m just tired of people blaming everyone except the one who’s responsible. Why we keep posting stats when the conference is so weak?
    .

  7. Some get offers from their metrics and don’t have stats to match that power 5 offer. They get the offers from that weak conference play some speak on, so what’s the point? Numbers didn’t stop in playoffs, so now move the goal post, change the narrative.

  8. I’m just thinking there are three phases to the game…..Offense, Defense and Special Teams…

And three others we need to be very aware of….On the field performance, Off the field performance in the community etc., and The Classroom…

I still vaguely remember the day back in high school when I received my Academic Letter…You got the football and other athletic letters, but to get that academic WG that day when I walked down the aisle in the school auditorium, that was a moment of pure satisfaction…And to see the jaws drop down from many onlookers including some of the teachers, that was a big deal too…

In the end for most part, the classroom work combined with the Athletic work, will get to the teller’s window at the bank……

  9. Steak n Shake Offensive Player of the Week:Tanner Ballou(Northwest Guilford HS)
Steak n Shake Defensive Player of the Week:Thomas Orrell(Northwest Guilford HS)
