Caldwell Academy announces the Class of 2024 to the Caldwell
Sports Hall of Fame
. Induction will be held on February 9, during the
half-time of the Varsity Boys Basketball game against Westchester Country Day School

Maddie Smith, c/o 2018, SWIMMING. Maddie swam on the swim
team for six (6) years, was a prep All-American, setting multiple state
records en route to leading Caldwell to multiple conference titles and
one (1) State Team Championship in 2013. She continued her swimming
career at N C State Univeersity where she had an outstanding collegite
career. She was a NCISAA Div 1or Div 111 STATE CHAMPION nine (9) times during her high school career..
Holds Caldwell records in the following – 50 YD FREE,, 500 YD FREE,,
100 YR BREAST,, 200 YD IM,, 200 YD FREE RELAY,,400 YD FREE,,
Holds following all time NCISAA in following events :: 50 YD FREE,,

Bryan Santos c/o 2015, SOCCER. Was a 2x All State Player 2013 & 2014,, 3x All- Conference Selection,, Conference Player of the Year,,State Runner up 2013. One of the best defensive players on some of the best soccer teams in school history. Signed to play soccer at Wingate.

Liz Fisher– faithfully served the athletic department for five (5) years. Her
dedication and leadership during her time was pivotal in the growth and
success of Caldwell Athletics.

Marco Diaz c/o 2015, SOCCER. Was a 3x NCISAA ALL-STATE selection
in 2012,2013,2014.. 3X All-Conference selection. Lead Caldwell to
two (2) conference championships & one State Runner up 2013. Top
three (3) all-time in goals scored. Played collegiately at Montreat College &
Carolina Univeersity.
