The Bishop McGuinness Villains traveled to Winston-Salem to take on a streaking Carver High School who was coming off three straight wins in the conference. Bishop came out aggressively in the 1st quarter led by seniors Cal Barrett and John Campbell. Each had 17 points and 6 rebounds, pacing the team in both categories. Junior Nicholas Graves fought off a tough shooting night to finish with 6 points and a team high 5 assists.
The Villains will face off against a tough Burlington Christian Academy on Saturday evening at Shining Light Academy in Greensboro.
