After three days of intense swimming, Sherwood Swim Club has repeated as Greensboro Community City Meet Champions. The Raiders started the day with a 194 point edge over Hamilton Lakes and were able to fend off the Hornets to repeat as CSA Champions. With 20 teams and over 2,000 swimmers competing in the three day event at the Greensboro Aquatic Center, scores were still tight heading into day three. Only 685 points separated the top six teams Monday morning, with the relays scoring the most points set to race at the end of the day. But when the waves settled it was the Raiders who took home yet another CSA Championship. Hamilton Lakes did take home some hardware though, as they were crowned Open Champions midway through day three. The Open Championship is for swimmers whos times did not qualify for the championship races but still wanted to compete in the City Meet. Official scores were not yet release, but we do have an order of finish for the both the Championship and Open.
