Right there on Lincoln Street on a Saturday morning, and high school football practice was in full gear, as the Dudley Panthers’ varsity and JV football teams were going hard this day…Seemed kind of early, but wasn’t bad at all, and Dudley is loaded with talent for this 2024 season, and the main deal now, is get everything tuned up, and in good working order…
Dudley head football coach Steven Davis talked with us about his team, and what they are doing to get ready for the regular season games, and coming up even sooner, they have scrimmages planned with Chambers, and Mallard Creek, out of the Charlotte area…Coach Wiggins, who used to be at Smith HS leading Chambers, and Coach Tinsley, who was at Southeast Guilford HS, leading the Mallard Creek Mavericks…Those should be very good preseason tests for the 2024 Dudley Panthers…
