Coastal Ride is rolling into Oriental next month, and one of the highlights along the way will be a stop at R. E. Mayo Seafood in the heart of Pamlico County. A true coastal gem, R.E. Mayo Seafood has been a staple of Hobucken for generations and is known for its fresh local seafood and deep connection to North Carolina’s working waterfront. The route for the 2026 Mountains to Coast Ride has been announced and registration is open! Join us October 4-10, 2026 as we ride from Mount Airy to Hatteras Island. We’re heading back to the Outer Banks for the first time in 12 years – you won’t want to miss it!
