Score was 15-12 Grimsley over Page at Halftime, and Page led Grimsley 12-7 in the Second Quarter, but in Half Number Two, it was all Grimsley, as the Whrirlies out-scored Page, 28-0…Grimsley gets four second half Touchdowns, but Page did not score at all…The First Half was a sight to behold, but the Pirates never got got their sails set, in the Second Half…
TD/Scoring Tally…..
2:46 First Quarter Jordan Davis scores on a 13-yard run for Grimsley, and the Chase Huellmantel Kick was Good..

FINAL SCORE:Grimsley Whirlies 43, Page 12
Grimsley(8-0)/Page(7-1)
Page had put together an early 12-7 lead over Grimsley, and then the Whirlies out-scored the Pirates, 36-0, the rest of the way…That still just floors me…Grimsley goes on to Out-Score Page, 28-0 in the Second Half…Game was getting real good/very interesting, and then Grimsley blows Page away, in the Second Half…
Players of the Game from Grimsley:RB Ty Shoemake with 4 Rushing TDs…RB Torin Stroud with 1 rushing TD, and Stoud ran very strong as Shoemake’s backup, in this ballgame…And we give it up to the Grimsley Offensive Line, with high regards and mucho positive marks, in the Second Half…They helped change the line of scrimmage, and the moved Page back, and let the Grimsley Whirlie backs get upfield…
Player of the Game for Page was the Pirates’ punter, Graham Hernandez…He saved the Pirates at least five times in this game by going up the ladder, and grabbing HIGH SNAPS out of the air…He was a big boost for Page and their efforts…
Players who had attention grabbing games…Wardlows(Tristan and Jaiden) on Defense from Grimsley…Makai Von from Grimsley, who had an interception and he recovered a fumble…Latrey Brandon with an Interception for Page…Preston Burnette big on Defense for Page…Alex Cooper and Zakai Milton with huge receiving nights for Grimsley…Shoemake and Stroud running strong for Grimsley, and Jordan Davis big running moments too…EJ Davis, Rakeem Hammock, and Ramir Harris-Dupree tough at DB for Grimsley…Solid receiving nights for Page, from Marqui Lynch, Kasai Poindexter, and Ike Grainger…Anthony Washington with a couple of big plays too for the Pirates…Guy Vann digging deep for Grimsley…Injuries tried to knock out Jesse Poole from Page, but he kept coming back for more…Javion Majette and RJ Scott held down the fort most of the night for Page, in the offensive backfield…
Big night for Grimsley’s Brody Lowe…All Lowe did was to hit key receivers, and he ran a near-perfect Grimsley offense, in the Second Half…Lowe makes it look very smoothe, as he leads that Grimsley Offense, up and down the football field…Chase Huellmantel, the Grimsley punter and kicker…He was steady all night long for the Whirlies Special Teams department, and mentioned what the Page Kicker, Graham Hernandez did up in our Player of the Game Notes…

Ship sunk again and Coach C almost nailed the the final score and certainly predicted what would happen. Page would think they have a chance in first half but get torn apart in second half. Happened in many games this year. The kids this year are a special bunch that feel out the opponent in first half then exploit their weaknesses in second half. Very well coached and disciplined team
Pirates have some very immature coaches the way they acted on the field is not the Pirate way good job Whirlies.
Its all good, good game despite only kicking the page player out but no grimsley player, Good job refs. Hopefully Page and Grimsley will meet again in the playoffs.
Provoked Thoughts?? Please clarify.
of course provoke thoughts would make a silly statement like that
