6-A West #22 South Caldwell(3-7) at #11 Northern Guilford(6-4) 7pm..This could be a big night for the NG Nighthawks’ QB, and that is Daniel Evans(25 TDs/5 INT.)…William Preston and Caden Cordisco are excellent upfield Nighthawk receivers…Defense for NG led by MJ Smith and Khan Achina along the defensive front…Northern has nothing along the lines of a Take-Over Man…Last season, Chance Crews would take over and run the Defense…Again, NG does not have that one man, but they do have Lucas Hilliard back there on the defensive backside, and he is a Game-Changer…Christian Leach will need to get it going hard as the NG top RB…But help is in the wings at RB, with freshman Trent Timmons coming on strong as the regular season wound down…Kicking Specialists with FG/PAT Kobe Guardado, Kickoff Man Evan Querter, and Punter, Lucas Hilliard…Northern should win this game, but South Caldwell is a team built for the playoffs, and Northern is young, but they must really prove, “That The Nighthawks Are Built Better”……….
6-A West #18 Berry Academy(5-5) at #15 Ragsdale(5-5) 7pm…Ragsdale with a very solid performer in QB Sion Stevenson, and Sion is not lion, when says he is tryin’ to work his way toward the Victory Collumn”…..Ragsdale also runs and throws hard to Amario Armstrong, Matthew Dice, and Maurice Dines…Ragsdale will need to get/find the early lead, and then they can take the game in hand, and start looking beyond the Second Half…We will have this Ragsdale-Berry Academy game for you on GreensboroSports Radio…Ragsdale must work hard to get their Defense, off of the field….We do know that Berry Academy has a strong running game, and the Cardinals have had much success on Defense this season, with Double-Digit Interceptions, plus a Bundle of Fumble Recoveries….Ragsdale just needs to find that flow on Offense and get the gas pedal working, and keep it that way….Again, this game for you TONIGHT, on GreensboroSports Radio…
6-A West #19 Eastern Guilford(3-6) at #14 Glenn(6-4) 7pm…Eastern Guilford will try and get rolling with their QB Jaykin Jerman, plus their very solid RB Jorden McGriff…Kam Mitchell seems to be the top EG WR, and last week the EG Wildcats kicker was out due to soccer injury…Eastern has Sam Haith IV, doing just about everything in the book, and they will need him and his fellow ‘Cats to show up Big-Time Big tonight…Eastern looking to pull of the big Round One Victory…
