Grimsley Whirlies staying the course with their big win over East Forsyth…Northeast Guilford keeping it coming with the Rams’ 41-7 victory over West Stokes…Maybe the shocker of the three remaining Unbeatens from the Guilford County Schools would be the High Point Andrews Red Raiders at (3-0)…New coach at HPA and they just finding ways to keep winning and surviving…We expected Grimsley to close the Unbeaten Level for 2025, but Northeast is getting fans’ attention and as for Andrews, the are the real sleeper right now….

Tonight/Friday September 5, we lost both the Southeast Guilford Falcons and the Eastern Guilford Wildcats from the ranks of the Unbeaten….SEG fell to Southern Alamance, and Eastern Guilford was tripped up by Southeast Alamance…Darn those Alamance County teams…
Northeast Guilford at (3-0) will be home versus the Dudley Panthers next Friday night…Dudley is at (0-3) after the Panthers Friday night loss to the Durham Hillside Hornets…This is the first time Dudley has started off the season at (0-3) since back in 2011…Going to be a very interesting game next Friday night at the Bill Bookout Stadium on Hicone Road, there at the campus of the Northeast Guilford High School…
Grimsley is OFF next week, before the Whirlies travel to face the Southwest Guilford Cowboys, on September 19…..
Smith(1-1) at High Point Andrews(3-0) next Friday night, with the game to be played at the Simeon Stadium, in High Point…Andrews just beat Ragsdale, 8-6, and the HP Andrews Red Raiders are rolling….
Another big game next Friday night will be the Northern Guilford Nighthawks(2-1) at the unbeaten Raiders from WS Reagan(3-0)…We had the NG Nighthawks knocking off the Northwest Guilford Vikings on Friday night at Johnny Roscoe Stadium, out off of Spencer Dixon Road…Northern had their RB Amare Akers running for 162 yards, on 12 carries, and Amare Akers scored 3 TDs…All of Akers numbers came in the first half of the Nighthawks-Vikings clash…NG was up 42-0 at hafltime, and Northwest Guilford found the end zone twice in the second half to avert the shutout…Jaxson Kemp, the NG Nighthawks senior quarterback, threw for 2 touchdown passes, connecting with CJ Morrison and Will Preston for the scores…Kicker Kobe Guardado added all six of the NG PAT kicks…
