Piedmont Classical High School (Greensboro, NC) was crowned as Carolina Athletic Association for Schools of Choice (CAASC) STATE CHAMPIONS during last weekend’s State Tournament in Greensboro, NC. RALEIGH, N.C. – After giving up the first five points of the match to Louisburg, the Community School of Davidson Spartans rallied back to nab the lead in the opening set 11-10. 4A Volleyball Championship – Green Hope Battles Back From Tough First Set To Take First Title Over Reagan 3-1

RALEIGH, N.C. – In a hyper-competitive match between two schools making their first appearance in an NCHSAA Volleyball State Championship Match, it was the team that dropped the opening set that came out on top. 3A Volleyball Championship – Cox Mill Sweeps Through Chapel Hill To Win First Dhampionship

RALEIGH, N.C. – Cox Mill dominated all three sets in their sweep of Chapel Hill to win the school’s first volleyball championship at historic and newly renovated Reynolds Coliseum. The Chargers got 22 kills from the match M.V.P. Taylor Rowland. RALEIGH, N.C. – Carrboro won the school’s first volleyball state championship by a three games to one count over Maiden, completing an undefeated season. The Jaguars were led by the 2A Championship M.V.P. Nancy Everett has been named the new Varsity Volleyball coach at Northwest Guilford High School

Nancy Everett has been named the new Varsity Volleyball coach at Northwest Guilford High School, replacing longtime coach Darlene Joyner. She comes to Northwest High with a vast amount of volleyball coaching experience at Greensboro College, High Point University, and Scotland County High School. Most recently, she has taught and coached at Guilford Middle School Nancy Everett has been named the new Varsity Volleyball coach at Northwest Guilford High School

ALLEGHANY OUTLASTS DEFENDING CHAMP PRINCETON IN NCHSAA 1-A VOLLEYBALL CHAMPIONSHIP RALEIGH — Senior middle hitter Jade Shepherd helped lead Alleghany to a four-set victory over defending champion Princeton on Saturday in the North Carolina High School Athletic Association state 1-A volleyball championship at the Raleigh Convention Center.
