2 arrested after brawl in stands ends high school football game
Charlotte Garinger High School’s homecoming game against Charlotte Catholic was ended at the start of the fourth quarter Friday night after a melee broke out in the Garinger home-side stands.
As people left the stadium after the game was called, shots were fired in the school’s parking lot, police said. No one was struck by gunfire, but an officer suffered a hand injury in subduing the fight in the stadium.
According to TV reports, two teenagers were charged with causing a public affray, but they were not believed to be Garinger students.
Police did not know who fired the shots, said Randy Hagler, deputy chief of Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools police.

It figures. Probably some ingrates that dropped out of high school and one of the highlights of their (beside robbing hard working people) is to wreck havoc and roam the streets like dogs looking for trouble. Smh…
