They are:
Chuck Ogbodo(High Point Christian Academy) 14 points, 17 rebounds and 4 blocked shots for the HPCA Cougars in their win over Greensboro Day last night….[Ogbodo 6’11 Junior]

Michael Obacha(High Point Christian) 9 pts. last night vs. GDS, always a force inside for HPCA and has committed to play at Appalachian State….[Obacha 6’7 Senior)

Michael Kobani(Caldwell Academy) 22 pts. last night for the Eagles in their win over Trinity School…[Kobani 6’9 Senior]

Matthew Uchedike(Caldwell Academy) 16 points in a win by Caldwell last night….[Uchedike 6’8 Junior]

Emeka Izetu(Caldwell Academy) (DNP)Did not play last night for Caldwell….Has been injured….[Izetu 6’6 Junior]

Kanayo Obi-Rapu Jr. 10 pts. last night for New Garden Friends School….Has been one of the Bears leading scorers all season long….[Obi-Rapu Jr. 6’2 Sophomore]

  1. Seen them all play and they are all very good players – and getting better. But Andy, I think Michael Kobani is a junior, and Matthew Uchedkie a senior. And I think Emeka should be back soon, hopefully in time for Westchester game 2/3 @ Eagle’s Nest.

  2. You could be right. I was going by memory as told to me by Mr. Rocky Manning a while back…..Couldn’t find an up-to-date roster for Caldwell Academy on-line….We will try and do some more checking…

  3. Eagle Dad is correct. Matthew is a senior and Mike ia a junior. Also, Emeka is 6’8″. Hopefully, Emeka can get back next week. However, if he does it won’t at full speed.

  4. Chuck Ogbodo might have the most potential of all these players; when watching him I’m constantly reminded of an early Hakeem. Keep your eye on this kid, he’s destined to do big things
