Bradley scattered five hits and fanned five batters in the series opener and Clemmons went 2-for-2 at the plate with three RBI as the Paladins downed the Spartans, 3-0.

Clemmons(NGHS), a native of Summerfield, N.C., put the Paladins in front in the bottom of the second with a single to center field to plate Emily Boyer who opened the frame with a double. In the fourth inning, Lauren Collier lined a leadoff single off of the pitcher and Boyer drew a base on balls. After an infield single by Sarah Eidt, Clemmons laced a single past the second baseman to drive in two runs and up the lead to 3-0.
